酸辣魚

This one of my favorite Sichuan food.
It's very hot but having deep and rich taste.

I had it at famous Sichuan restaurant in Guangzhou.
Many Sichuan people are visiting there everyday.



日本ではなかなか食べることができない四川料理の一つです
魚のスープなのですが、酸味と辛みのバランスが絶妙で
スープをご飯にかけて食べても美味しいです
